Shipping Information
Orders will ship in 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays). Our preferred method shipping is USPS Priority with signature confirmation. SHIPPING IS FREE for orders being shipped within the continental United States. Pricing is based on weight and distance for orders out of Continental US. Please call: 1-866-476-8195 for any special shipping requests. We would be happy to email tracking details by request.
Out-of Stock Items
On occasion, we are out of stock on certain items due to demand. Order with any out of stock items will remain pending until all items are available for shipping, unless otherwise requested by the customer.
Return Information
Please inspect your order carefully. Any defective or incorrect items must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery for credit or exchange. Defective items must be returned with its original packaging and packing slip. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Any SunMaita Threader Kits sold for the $99.00 PROMOTIONAL PRICE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Since this is a personal hygenie product, any used Threader Kits are also non-refundable.
Please note that True Diatribution LLC and its authorized affiliates do not permit the return of or offer refunds for:
- Products purchased, new or used, from unauthorized distributors or through unauthorized distribution channels.
- Products purchased more than 30 days prior
- Packages missing kit components.
- Products returned WITHOUT a valid itemized receipt.
It is the responsibility of the sender to provide valid tracking information if confirmation of return is disputed. True Distribution does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen product being returned for a refund. Note: True Distribution LLC recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to True Distribution LLC or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.
